NON-PRESSURE, LOW WATER WOOD TREATMENT ALTERNATIVE
Timbertreat TC is a specifically designed treatment process for veneers and components of engineered wood products that supports treatment of components separate from the engineered wood manufacturing process. There is no glueline treatment with Timbertreat TC, and it can also be used for surface or envelope treatment of finished product engineered wood after manufacturing.
Regulatory Information
Validation and verification of customized loadings are supported by internal KCPP lab and where necessary, third-party certification. Full Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) support and training is part of included are service. Safe chemical handling practices are recommended.

product use
Timbertreat TC is ideally applied via flood or low-pressure spray. It is customizable to incorporate a variety of widely accepted wood preservatives like propiconazole, tebuconazole, imidacloprid, IPBC, and permethrin. Compatibility testing of treated components with preferred glue is suggested during initial exploration.
