company & leadership

KopCoat was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1988. Two years later we joined our parent company, RPM International Inc., and since then, we've been delivering premier products across the globe. We partner with our customers to protect farms, forests, and buildings while ensuring safe, ethical, socially responsible, and sustainable business practices. Our guiding principles revolve around three core pillars: our customers, our co-workers, and our communities.

our CUSTOMERS

First and foremost, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality products and services to our customers. We continually strive to reduce our costs, enhance our value, and provide outstanding service.

our CO-WORKERS

We uphold the dignity and merit of our co-workers, ensuring fair compensation and safe, orderly working conditions. We foster an environment where all are encouraged to achieve objectives and share ideas or concerns.

our COMMUNITIES

Beyond our workplace, we recognize our responsibility to the communities in which we operate. We strive to be good citizens by protecting the properties we are privileged to use and safeguarding the environment.
